Spa Cancellation Policy

The Spa at Cannery Pier Hotel appreciates your patronage and strives to provide exceptional service. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the schedule service.
  • Failure to provide any notification of a missed appointment will result in being charged the full amount for the schedule services.
  • If you book a same-day service and cancel or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount.
  • We understand that delays can happen, but please be mindful of arriving on time. If you are late, we reserve the right to adjust the duration of your service, and you will be charged for the originally booked service.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate the full service due to time constraints, you will be charged the full amount.
